Does anyone have a script or a manual to configure this type of device?
I have a new client using this type of devices, in other plataform but i need an advice to chance them

All of the configuration settings you can use are in the manual you attached so you should be able to get it operational relatively quickly.

Hello.
For proper operation of the device you need to configure it by SMS. I'm sending to the device SMS:
SERVER,1,193.193.165.165,20859,0 #
and he answers:
Error: Parametr 2 domain is not formatted correctly!
what to do?

What is responsible for the input of the ignition ?

danis Nobody (except you/your installer) knows about which input is connected to ignition circuit wire.
May be this parameter is coded into I/O parameter (I/O=44)
After understanding which input transmits your ignition I advice you to learn more about "bitwise parameter control".

If the device is in offline mode is there any command to know whether the device is manually disconnected or some other problem like GSM issue.

We send same exactly as: SERVER,0,193.193.165.165,20859,0# and always works fine for us.
We send APN & Timer command first then Server command.
Silly question maybe but is it a matter of "UPPERCASE"? I have no units here at present to test on to know.

Hello!
Concox GT06 as some other Concox devices now can be mouse-click configured when connecting via flespi to Wialon. Even without conection you may use SMS-based configuration for the same settings from flespi. Want to remind that this is totally free for use.
Please follow detailed instructions in order to put flespi between Wialon and device.

tengo un problema con estos equipos CONCOX en general, cuando estan fuera de cobertura GPRS (fuera del país) o en zona de frontera pierden la señal como es lógico, pero siguen almacenando la información sin problema.
Particularmente, sucedió que duró tres días un dispositivo en otro país, y cuando se conectó de nuevo Wailon recibió la información como si todo el recorrido de tres días hubiese sucedido en menos de 5 minutos, minutos en los que tardó en subir al servidor la información alojada en memoria.
En afán de verificar, configuré el mismo dispositivo al servidor original TRACKSOLID.COM y luego de varios días sin cobertura, evidenció que al retomar la conexión si coinciden las horas y el kilometraje.
Quisiera saber si alguno ha evidenciado el mismo problema

GRACIAS COLEGAS
les comento que acabo de hacer pruebas con el equipo en cuestión, pero hice las pruebas en la plataforma del fabricante, lo dejé tres horas sin GPRS y al restablecerle la información fue graficada correctamente, como era de esperarse,
voy a insistir en gurtam y espero que se llegue a una solución, pues tengo buena cantidad de equipos de esa marca, me vería bastante afectado.

I am having the same issue as lpscolombia.
It appears that all 'old data' (stored data during no GPRS) have the same timestamp when being pushed back to the server after GPRS are re-established. *see attached picture.
I opened a support ticket and from the log it seems that it was sent that way by GT06N. There has to be a way to deal with this as I understand that in Tracksolid (the original platform), there is no such issue. It might be related to 'Information Serial Number' in its protocol doc or maybe there is something wrong in the integration.
I will try to email the hw guys and see if they can help.

bhalim, Concox devices contain configurable timezone setting that generates different time then server can expect. Some servers, e.g. flespi can read it from device during connection stage, some expects it in UTC timezone.
I recommend you to change this setting to UTC (zero) timezone to prevent any troubles in the future with any kind of server.

playgennaro You can see it in your Wialon account.
When tyou create new unit and choose device type, Wialon will indicate you ip and port which you should point your device.
