Atrack AK1

The issue has been solved, it was the TCP/UDP topic ..... so Wialon accepts only TCP....
Hi Gents,

I am facing the following problem;

A client of us asked us to configure his units on Wialon and not on our own portal. I am experienced in configuring the Atrack series and never faced any issues.

However with Wialon the standard configuration isn't working. The Ak1 is on my desk while the GPS-Antenna is outdoor and has a direct sight to the sky. The ignition on/off is being simulated on a regular basis. The unit is configured on the portal as Atrack AK1-Lite with the port 20646 and the test portal ip 193.193.165.167.

The tracker is sending the tracking data to the server but it is not being displayed on the portal and it is never being seen on http://id.wialon.net/

Any ideas what the problem might be?
