Please I want help me , I have got a VCSTS-VIII teamsharp and I can not set up

A)    How to connect with the computer?
B)    How are the commands?
I have an intelli track A1 and it has got the serial cable for the connect in the computer and detailed instructions for the comandes and I can set up   etc. AT$IPTYPE=1
