I can not release access for customers to create their own alerts; Previlérgios no error appears to it; already released full access cms.wialon. My clients can create virtual fences, but not the alert for them.

It requires access rights to user which is a creator of resource where is notification

1 - cms.wialon created in the group and I linked to a user created with full rights, and it worked.

i dont know, if we do it the right way, but we do it as following:
for each new customer we create a new "account" in cms.wialon.com
Than we create units and give the new created account the full acces rights (exept changine ID and Phone). After that each new customer has his own ressources etc and can use all! functions.
