Hello,

In the tracks tooltip (if we click on the units trip line) there are only the codes for drivers and trailers without any identification. It would be great if there should be shown the driver's and trailer's name. This function would be very useful if you are checking more then one vehicles data, or just want to find out whom was driving the car at that place.

Now only ID's available in the track's tooltip, this is not so informative..

Hello,

codes for drivers/trailers on your picture are values of sensors.
you can see driver's/trailer's name in tooltip if they are assigned on unit and if setting (on attached picture) are enabled.

You can set user interval in sesors with names of drivers docs. In this case you can see in tooltip the following form:
"*sensors name*:*name of interval(in your case name of driver)*(sensors value)"
f.e. Driver:Mr.Smith(89.00)

Yes, we have tried this: "You can set user interval in sesors with names of drivers docs. In this case you can see in tooltip the following form:

Unfortunately it is not working..

Also we have received a reply from support about this problem: "For track points you get numerical sensor values only. We'll check it with our developers additionally."  And they have confirmed that posting this need here should be usefull.
