Тема: The problem with adding the device in a test version trial

I have a test account set up for 30 days. I have a machine china tk-106 but when you try to add a device unknown error pops up and the device is added, but without the device ID, and no phone number, what happens?

foxtrotecho
unit with that ID was already registered in our system. Try TK-103 type instead.
