Sub Stream Video Clips in Video Module

Hi All,

Currently in the Video Module in Wialon, while you can choose between Main Stream and Sub Stream for Live Streaming, you cannot choose when requesting video clips from the camera device either through the Playback or Notifications.

Sub Stream recording is a significantly lower file size to that of Main Stream (depending on the quality settings of the camera itself), which means there is multiple benefits to having this option available within the Video Module, namely:
- Quicker retrieval of video clips from the camera device;
- Reduced usage of bandwidth (in other words, less traffic packages needing to be purchased);
- Increased overall storage of video clips within Video Module;
