Hello GT,
When you create a sensor, you can only get his information through digital sensors report.
Speed many times is not a accurate information of movement, because if the vehicle have low GPS signal it will generally consider speed, depending on the tracker used.

Solution:
Integrate motion sensors with movement information on reports of summary, trips, engine hours...

As far as I understand, the root problem is the mismatch between the speed from the canbus-speed and the gps-speed. Therefore, it seems to me that the best solution would be to implement the problem that we discussed here.

What do you think about this?
This task is more in demand and its implementation will be a more correct and fundamental solution to your question than any intermediate solution.
