Possibility of customizing ECO Driving Rank

The Rank parameter is a good parameter to understand the quality of driving based on ECO Driving criteria. But, unfortunately its calculation formula is fixed and doesn't work for most of our client. We have tried to use other system elements (Sensors, Notifications, Report's Custom column, etc.) to create something like ECO Driving Rank but customized but we couldn't reach a working one.
It would be great if you change the Rank and give users possibility of defining calculation formula for that. What I have in my mind is:

1. Possibility of changing the range of Rank (now it's 1-6, we may want 0-50 or 10-143, or any other range)
2. Possibility to defining the number of violations for each number of range. It means that each number of range has the threshold number of violations and as the number of violations reaches to the threshold the Rank will changes. i.e the range is defined as 0-100 and the user wants to define thresholds like:

0-10
11-20
21-30
31-40
41-50
51-60
61-70
71-80
81-90
91-100
101-110
111=<

OR

0-5
6-17
18-45
46-90
91-97
98-100
101=<

OR

Any other customized thresholds for each Rank value.
