New feature for out of the box integration "Vehicle coordinates synchronization"

For more effective ticket planning, Okdesk offers Map ticket view, where you can observe and assign tickets in accordance with the current agents location and location of the ticket (for example, assign the ticket to the nearest agent).

But for fleet management, objects (vehicles) don't have constant coordinates. Vehicles are moving most of the time.
To solve this problem, you can renew object coordinates every time Okdesk synchronizes with Wialon. Thanks for that, tickets, connected with the Vehicles, will be shown on the map in accordance with the current vehicle location.

By default, coordinates synchronization is switched off. For switching in on, go to Wialon integration settings and add this parameter:
