Hello,
First of all you need to create an ignition sensor based on a proper parameter. Parameter's description can be found on our official site. There is a link to Teltonika site with all "io" parameters also. Most likely "io_239" will suit you.
Then check engine hours counter in unit settings is set to "Ignition sensor".
The last step is to get the result in the report. For example you can use table "Engine hours".
