i have a question about CanIQ Device how can i uoload Xml PL file in wialon which we used to Loading in CAN Editor?

We don't support importing of such file format.
But the main question is: why do you need to do it? Most likely this file is used to configure the device, so you don't need to upload it in Wialon.

Do vehicle details have to be entered in the unit settings for CAN bus data? Or we will just configure the device and we will get data in wialon without any trouble? And will the data come in human readable form?

Not necessary. Anyway it doesn't affect the incoming data.

Yes.
And will the data come in human readable form?
CAN bus data will be shown as any other data in messages.
Parameter names description can be found on our official site.

Can I use a regular template for reports? We have some predefined templates such as for all trucks and Machines?

No, because there is no regular templates for reports in Wialon.
