sathartpp You should develop your own application which sends data packets to server/port via direct TCP or UDP connection.
You can use Wialon IPS https://gurtam.com/en/gps-hardware/soft/wialon-ips  or Wialon Combine https://gurtam.com/en/gps-hardware/soft/wialon-combine protocols (protocols' descriptions you can find on the pages)
