Hello everyone
We  are using zoho desk for ticket system which is power by zoho sales IQ for live chat. we would like to integrate wialon user with zoho desk ticket system. Our idea is when user login to wialon system, zoho live support can be available within wialon for live chat support. Is there any one who can do this integration, please message me. thanks

There already exists such an opportunity to "insert" an external chat into Wialon. Please send the details to our support team - support@gurtam.com, they will be able to assist you.
