Anchor Function

Hello,
We have already tested a lot of fleet monitoring apps and there is a great function that could be added: Anchor/quick geofence
The idea is to enable the function to receive a notification when the vehicle starts moving for the first time. After that, you have to enable again the function.

Examples of use:
Security - When you are in a restaurant (...) and you are afraid of having your vehicle stolen.
Monitoring - When you need to know when a driver leaves a place.

The main focus of this tool would be its agility to create and receive the notification. I'm sending screenshots of how it could be added and an example of other app.
