I don't see any image attached, so I'll share standard instructions about the online notifications.
You can choose online notification in pop-up window as one of notification actions. To see the result don't forget to activate option "Automatically display popup events" in user settings. But if you want to open pop-up windows manually you can do it in the bottom panel.
