Just want to know if it is possible to have a ''first service" that will only happen once for a unit in Fleetrun? What we want to know is if it is possible to just have 'first service' or one service schedule? Meaning, the service would only happen once, not regularly or on schedule. If so, how is it possible or is it configured.

With a help of intervals you can create a service periodically and automatically.
But also you can create a service manually without an interval.

once you create an unscheduled upcoming service that will happen on some date in the future, the service appears on the dashboard and in the service list with the 'Due' status. At this moment (if there is necessary configuration is present) the user will be notified that the due service was created.
Currently there is no ability to set up the application the way it notifies the users once the date of a one-time upcoming service is to be reached soon. It will only notify users once the service overdue.
But anyway as a reminder the one-time service will be available in the dashboard and in the list of due services.
