Create Locator link automatically in Notification

Wish to know whether the below function is available or can be added in Notification.

When a notification is triggered, is it possible to add a new feature for creating a "Locator Link" for a specific time (say 12 hours) and send to a predefined e mail id / Telegram.

Use case: in case of a car theft, the door sensor or tow sensor detect an intrusion and send an alert and the owner may not be in a position to open mobile app or have access to computer to check and create a locator link, instead if the link come to his e mail, he can send the link to as many as possible including the law enforcement for a faster response.
