In brief there is 2 way to detect Eco driving:
by GPS data (to get more accurate data device needs to sends data every 1-2 sec, also this method is not good for trucks)
by parameters (of accelerometers ) which device sends.
So at first you need to look through if your device can send parameters of accelerometers, for example has function embedded Ecodriving.
After you can understand which values you need to control.
