good day,

I need help with gt100 device, when i tried to set up ip adress it says error : the platform adresses are locked modify!

Could someone let me know how to unlock the platform adresses.

when i send qlockip# param cod i get answer ( qlockip:1 (0:unlock   1:lock).

we tried to send both option unlockip,0# unlock,0# even factory to see if that option could become desabled but nothing work.

Hi,

I need help with my GT100 device. when i tried to set it up its says "Error : the platform adresses are Locked modify!" my self i dont know how to unlock it or modify could someone give me help with please?

Wtracking grupohm   it seems that you use some custom devices, which can work with exact platform (may be some contract between manufacturer and first customer).
Where did you buy these devices? Have you tried to ask Concox?

Where did you buy these devices? Have you tried to ask Concox?

We bought on ebay web site. yes we already ask Concox about them and they said that this device is not Concox mdevice. we also tried to contact other company named Blue Berry without any answer form them

Factory# doesn't delete up address because it is protected.
When send qlockip# I got " QLOCKIP:1 (0:unlock  1:lock) " as answer but when send qlockip0#, qlockip:0#, qlockip;0# nothing work I just need to know what is the right format to send command to unlockip.
