Тема: Can someone share some information about this MDVR device?

Hi Everyone,
I attached some images of  MDVR device, basically we got this from our client and their buses has this one built in from the manufacturer and we wanted to use this device to collect data such location, image shoot and video if possible. However we are having a hard time to know the vendor of camera and therefor we cannot move forward on our project, can someone help us to recognize this device?
