If the customer is running the SAP ESB then this can be used with retranslation. Their BAPI developers can create services for each function that they want to do back into the SAP system. The other way is to use the Wialon SDK with reporting templates to extract the data that is needed and again their BAPI devlopers create a service for getting the data into the relevant parts of SAP.
