Do you know, that you can mark all checkboxes with the ctrl+click combination?
We didn't add the suggested flag "Select all" as we didn't want to duplicate the function.
But now we are working on new report interface and will try to consider your request.

btw, when will reports new interface ready to check and complain? 
we are always very demanding partners!
