Hello There,
is there anyway I can add new geofences by importing (*.TAB) files because I have all the provinces in this format and it's kinda hard to draw the provinces borders by hand

Seems, that a converter can help you. I found this.
Try it, please. If it doesn't suit you, then send me an example of such *.tab file to analyze it.
