Nimbus bus departure time from particular bus stop (like routes)

is it possible to include bus departure time also in nimbus(like routes) and create notification if the bus didn't leave on time from bus stop.

this will reduce competition between buses and in turn accidents.

right now bus owners employ people in buses ahead of there buses to check whether the bus is leaving on time from each bus stop

This will also help authorities to prevent racing and accidents
