small_gprs, you can use a digital LLS with the RS232 interface and make a single output to TTL using a RS232-UART converter. But you wouldn't be able to configure it with only Tx connected.
In case of our devices, Siensor D100 series http://irzonline.com/the-fuel-level-sen … sor-d107/, you'll need to configure the LLS with the use of RS232 or RS485 and after configuring it use only Tx as stated above.

Thank you, by this customer won't any 'adapter' extra, is very strange that their terminal has still old fashion TTL Interface, in fact, they claim that a Russian based company does such a sensor (TTL Based)

You can try any LLS with RS-485 interface by connecting "A" line of sensor to "RXD" line of terminal. This line should be pull-upped to (+3...+5) V (propably this is already implemented in terminal). "B" line of sensor and "TXD" terminal line remains floating.
Of course, periodical sending data should be enabled in LLS .

I'll try, tnx by your suggestion , is the logic also inverted?

"A" line of RS-485 is not inverted (repeats TTL UART levels), "B" - inverted.
