Hello there,
When my clients log in from smartphones (web app) they don't have ability to double click on unit to open minimap.
Is there any possibility to improve that?

Unfortunately, minimap is not supported on mobile devices.
Please use Wialon Hosting mobile application on smartphones:

Even though it does not contain minimap either, the user experience will be much better in the native applications.

Hello Pavel,
my clients use minimaps because of panoramic button (360o street view)
they want to check the type of buyer (super market, simply retail store etc), and for them is very important operative tool.

Unfortunately, today I have to say no to this request. Web version of Wialon on mobile devices is available with limited functionality.
We hope that this won't discourage you from further participation on our forum with fresh ideas and proposals.
