A client wants a report to be emailed every day at 10 am which lists the current location of each unit. Can you suggest the best way to achieve this?

The simplest way is
- create a Unit Group with all the required units
- Create a report template with Unit Latest Data More info here
This would give you the latest position of all units in the group

I think you should review your solution since it seems Unit Latest Data option is not available on Unit Groups!
