tk110 ebay can't connect

I bought this item off eBay and I cannot connect it

List of things I've done

Use two different types of Sims made sure both had Internet data enabled no passwords

Make sure that the IMEI number is correct also have used the ID number +0 And last 11 numbers

I've tried on multiple websites multiple ports add multiple IP addresses

If I SMS it it will send me GPS location in a Google link works perfect but I would like to have a life feed

Accepts commands fine

Just does not show on any websites

I believe this is the right command for this unit but just does not seem to work

Any ideas inside the unit on the board has GT02

the id on my phone and gps is 087073###### all the other tk110 on http://id.wialon.net/ start with  027043 and 087072
