Display of Geofence in Location

We will have many accounts that will use ‘States’ as a common resource provided (to run fuel tax reports, etc.) . If ‘Geofence’ option is selected in Monitoring/Location, then all of these geofences will show just the state geofence. We need to be able to select "Geofence form current resource only"  to be displayed in Monitoring/Location.
