Тема: Needing help configuring DCT Syrus units

Good day to all...

I need help in the correct configuration in Wialon of devices DCT Syrus . I have used these devices for more than 5 years in other platforms without problems , but now I hired with Wialon I am having a lot of problems with stability and performance. I would be grateful if anyone has experience with these devices and will be able to help me clarify some doubts .

Hi Jary,

it seems like in your case it needs to direct device to Wialon from Syrus Gateway
http://gurtam.com/en/gps-hardware/soft/ … us-gateway
Try to ask DCT Syrus about possibilty to direct data to these port and IP
