"Missing driver when the car is moving" notification

Hello,

We would need a notification what could help to find out which driver(s) are not using the iButton (or other type of driver ID solution) when the car/unit is moving (or the ignition is on for x minutes).

So it would trigger when a digital parameter is "ON"  and the driver ID is missing.

Unfortunately we couldn't find a solution for this.
