Video Module not working

Hi all,

Is anybody else experiencing issues when retrieving footage or livestreaming. We can only get as far as video loading screen when last week everything appeared to work normally. Can request footage fine but actually replaying it will not work despite all units tested have a high connectivity level?

I would be curious to hear about your experiences.
