In Brazil we use  price system to do leasing.In this system, the company do the lease paying an amount of fees plus the value of the car during a certain period.One solution to this problem , is create a service object with the value of the of the leasing, and put the year that the vehicle will stay in the asset of the company.

Create a function for amortization the excel execute this.
