Тема: Get Unit ID by API

Sometimes a unit is created on the GUI and not through API. For those units, is there an API I can use to retrieve the unit id (by using the unique id for example)?

I need the unit ID for a lot of the APIs and if the unit was created through GUI, then I am not sure how I can call these APIs without knowing the unit id.

rony.azrak, what you need is easily possible. You just need to use search method:
