Hi Hasan!
With just the information on the error that you get it is not easy to understand why you cannot add Here maps to your Wialon Local. The possible reason for the error is that Here recently implemented the new format of authorization - OAuth 2.0 Token Credentials which automatically leads to new key format that are issued by Here.
