how to get sensor value by php api

I am using wialon_api for php

What is the function to get sensor value as shown on plateforme.

I try :
$wialon_api->core_search_item function but I cant get sensor value This is my code

         'id'=> 300,
    
    
         'flags'=>  1+4096
