In my coutnry people are deaf and when they sleep there must be an earthquacke to wake up.
is it possible to add better sounds? notifications are not notifications if they do not alert client!
in Wialon mobile I mean of course...

Take a look at a product called AutomateIT for the mobile. It can based on an event turn up the volume of the phone and continuously play any linked sound until the phone is reset including text to speech. You create an SMS with a key word (this can be a cryptic as you like) and send it to the mobile to trigger the alert. We use it to initiate not just sound but vibration and flashing the LED at the same time.
