Alarm handling for security/surveillance application

Hello,
using Wialon for surveillance applications I see that the alarm handling need some improvements.
when the alarm is triggered, maybe is the theft of a car or a vehicle in general, some action as to be taken.
with the popup of the notification window and the minimap the operator can see the relevant information; customs fields could be used to store the ICE number.
what I would like to have more is a notification window together with the custom event where I can store the user/operator in charge for that alarm, the action made, if the alarm has been solved. Also the option to send command to the gps device from within the event window will assist the alarm/emergency handling.
